Questions

Three things clients ask first.

Foul-poll retrofits and light panel work are best scheduled in the off-season, so a request four to six weeks before your target window gives us time to survey, draw and order parts. Most retrofits take one or two days on site per board. Emergency repairs are handled in the order they arrive.
Yes. The crew travels to parks across the region for surveys and installs. Travel time and any overnight stays are listed clearly on the written scope before work is booked, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Yes. We service systems built by other firms. The first visit is a survey that maps the existing wiring and documents what we find. We only recommend replacement when a repair would leave the park with a device that cannot be maintained.

DC Sox Baseball, Inc. replies to every message from the Centerville shop, usually within one business day during the spring install window.
